Revenue Manager

Century City, CA | Hybrid (3 days in office) A leading global law firm is seeking an Accounting & Revenue Manager to oversee billing, collections, accounting operations, budgeting, and financial reporting for its Century City office. This role partners closely with attorneys, finance leadership, and global teams to drive revenue performance, manage inventory, and support strategic financial initiatives. Key Responsibilities Oversee two direct reports who handle advanced billing Partner with attorneys to develop billing and collection strategies and resolve aging balances. Collaborate with global e-billing and finance teams to ensure timely invoice submission and compliance. Review rate increases, monitor inventory, and provide financial analysis and recommendations. Manage accounting staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and development. Prepare budgets, variance reports, and other financial reporting for leadership and Finance Committee meetings. Support office accounting operations, cash receipts, expense reviews, and special projects. Qualifications Experience managing people required Law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred.
