Sokolof Remtulla, LLP is a national real estate / creditor's rights law firm with offices in Georgia (Norcross), Florida (Orlando, Boca Raton), and California (Irvine). Our rapidly expanding firm is looking for a senior attorney in our Nevada office which will include immediate leadership opportunities. JOB DUTIES:

The candidate will be responsible for managing a case load, developing relationships with office staff and clients, communication via telephone and email, use of the firm’s case management system, document drafting, e-filing, etc.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be licensed to practice law in Nevada and be in “good standing.”

- Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience with FSI, Case Aware, LoanSphere, Tempo, Serengeti or similar case management systems is welcomed, but not required.

- Ability to think and act independently.

- Prior experience in mortgage default work, including foreclosure, title, and/or related litigation is highly desired but not absolutely required if the candidate has other suitable experience.
