Work group is generally engaged in a wide variety of often complex tasks. Provide workflow management for the department, while completing similar tasks.Essential FunctionsProvide leadership for the department, training and guiding Operations staff on daily work. Compile all certifications for Operations DepartmentCoordinate coverage with the supervisors on open desksAssist with training on operational issues with staffWork on special projectsOrganize the escheatment process through efficient work proceduresDetermine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflowAdjust errors and resolve complaintsIn the absence of a Supervisor, perform supervisory duties for the department.Knowledge and Skills/Technology UsedCommunication skillsLeadership skillsBasic Math skillsReasoning skillsAdvanced computer software skillsTypical EducationHigh School diploma or equivalent.Typical Range of Experience2- 4 years related experienceDisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
