Order Entry / Customer Service Representative (Bilingual)For over 25 years, Walkenhorst's has made it possible to send packages to inmates incarcerated in correctional facilities. We serve inmates and their families and friends across the nation. We are family-owned and operated and committed to quality service, selection, and complete satisfaction.Summary of major responsibilities:Answering incoming customer phone callsProcessing orders over the phone and by mailData entry.Job duties/responsibilities include but are not limited to:Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalized serviceManage & update customer databasesIdentify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely mannerOffice-related duties such as making copies and scanning documentsQualifications include:Organizational skillsBasic computer skillsExcellent customer serviceStrong verbal communication skills along with active listeningJob type: Full-time, Hourly PositionHours are Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm (with one-half day) 9 am-1 pm on scheduled Saturdays.
