This role requires the employee to be fully registered. Must have at least 5 years of industry experience.Key Responsibilities:• Educate clients on account services and capabilities• Input client information into the financial planning tools and Firm tools• Assist with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings• Ensure appropriate documentation is collated for new accounts and service requestsKey Deliverables:• Leverage communication channels to enhance relationships with clients• Maintain management systems with up to date client information• Organize logistics for team marketing events and maintain marketing materials• Provide team with calendar detailing daily, weekly and monthly activities• Identify service opportunities for clientsYour teamYou’ll be working with a dynamic, growing team in Westlake Village benefiting our clients by offering all the firm has to offer.
