Responsibilities Assist managers oversee every aspect of day‑to‑day operations and guide the team to deliver a great guest experience. Responsible for almost every aspect of daily operation in the theater, including payroll, customer service, cash deposits, paperwork, loss prevention and overall operations. Open and close the operations for the day. Manage staff and ensure food and beverage operations run smoothly, delivering great guest experiences. Qualifications Extensive working knowledge of theater operations. Personable with guests and able to support staff in an efficient and pleasant manner. Accurate and meticulous in counting large volumes of items and cash. Minimum age 18. Recommended computer skills, quick learning ability, and a level of creativity. Prior management experience preferred. Food handler's card and/or equivalent Food Manager Certification required. Shift and Salary Shift: Rotating days and evenings Salary Range: Hourly $16 to $18 based on experience and location. Additional Benefits Free movies.
