Job Description: Deliver WOW-level customer service to all customers with enthusiasm and care Assist customers with payments both in-person and over the phone Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and make outbound calls efficiently Meet with potential clients to Assess and Educate on insurance products Multitask effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Manage and generate company leads to build lasting client relationships Benefits: Competitive earnings: First-year on-target agents earn $50,000 – $75,000 , Senior agents average $85,000-$125,000 annually Full-time position with a consistent 35-45 hour workweek (NO PART-TIME HOURS) Weekly pay AND Uncapped commission pay structure Paid training with Opportunities for leadership growth in a fast-growing company Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans available Paid sick leave and vacation time and 5 Holidays Off Requirements: High school diploma; A.A is a plus.
