ICF is seeking an On-Call AI Solutions Specialist (part-time up to 30 hours/week) to lead the development, testing, and deployment of customized large language models within the AWS ecosystem. The role emphasizes prompt engineering, model optimization, and embedding AI capabilities into applications using AWS-native tools.

Qualified candidates will have a CS/AI-related degree and 2+ years of prompt engineering or NLP experience, plus hands-on experience with SageMaker, Bedrock, and related AWS
