$1500.00 sign-on bonus!
We’re hiring a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as a Charge Nurse . In this leadership role, you’ll oversee care delivery, supervise staff, and ensure residents receive top-quality care in a supportive environment.
What We Offer:Same-day pay available – get paid after every shift!
$1500.00 hire bonus paid out quarterly after 90 days for 1 year!

Ensure documentation and compliance with Missouri state regulations
Active LPN license (Missouri)
CPR/BLS certification
1–2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred
Team player with strong communication and clinical skills
