OR Sales Representative - Acute Care and Monitoring (Phoenix)

Medtronic seeks a remote Operating Room Sales Representative for Phoenix to drive capital and consumable product sales addressing respiratory surgical complications. The role involves territory management, customer relationship building, and revenue forecasting for the Acute Care and Monitoring business unit.

Responsibilities

• Drive capital and consumable portfolio sales to Operating Room and C-Suite hospital personnel
• Develop territory opportunities and provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
• Identify, qualify, and execute sales strategies for existing and new customer opportunities
• Coordinate with regional field sales team and clinical resources to achieve revenue targets
• Conduct post-sales implementation, product education, in-servicing, and customer support activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 6+ years relevant sales or clinical experience
• Valid driver's license and residency in Phoenix, AZ territory
• Medical device, med tech, healthcare, or life sciences industry background
• Demonstrated sales success and quota achievement in medical capital equipment or consumables
• Ability to navigate complex sales and clinical hospital environments
• Strong verbal, written, and client communication skills
