Standard Job Description You will be the Technical Displays (TD) Promotional Giveaways Coordinator. You will lead the acquisition, production, and delivery of branded giveaways for high-visibility trade shows, air shows, and initiatives to support program capture, keep sold initiatives, and employee engagement for the Aeronautics business area. This full-time onsite position requires strong organizational skills and collaboration. You will work directly with internal customers, domestic and international suppliers, graphic designers, and our Technical Displays project team for mission success. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to independently navigate complex projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and competing priorities. What You Will Be Doing You will turnkey internal customer requests for both promotional item reorders and new orders with 100% quality and on-time delivery. You will coordinate estimates, ordering, cost reconciliation, inventory management, and delivery of promotional items. You will partner closely with the Aeronautics Visual Communication team, which creates the promotional items artwork and reviews/approves branding. Your Responsibilities Will Include Meeting with internal customers to obtain the scope of work and defining requirements for promotional items, requesting and evaluating vendor quotes, establishing production timelines and expectations, coordinating with Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Visual Communications team to obtain the correct artwork file(s) and transmitting to vendor, reviewing samples and/or prototypes, paying and reconciling invoices, and holding suppliers accountable for cost, quality, schedule, and delivery requirements. Communicating weekly with the Business Development Air & Trade Shows team to obtain the list of giveaway items and quantities needed for upcoming events. Then coordinating with our Technical Displays project coordinators and vendors to ensure items are available to meet the required ship and/or in-hand date. Utilizing Microsoft SharePoint daily to input new promotional items projects, to status in-work projects, and to monitor inventory levels. Requesting project support from the Aeronautics Visual Communications team, obtaining vendor specifications and providing to the graphics designer assigned to the project. Ensuring Aeronautic Business Development’s inventory is stocked and available for customer engagements. Checking completed orders and coordinating the delivery of products from the vendor to internal customers via the Lockheed Martin mail room. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience. Project management, customer service, or sales experience. Desired Skills Project management experience - planning, estimating, budgeting, scheduling, contract reviews, vendor management, and expense reconciliations. Demonstrated initiative, turn‐keying projects simultaneously at various stages, and solving problems independently for positive outcomes. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with proven ability to interface with multiple levels of internal customers and management. Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS). Experience with branded and custom merchandise, adhering to corporate branding guidelines. Familiarity with Lockheed Martin Corporation products, services, and customers.
