Marketing Operations Manager

We’re Hiring: Marketing Operations Manager We’re excited to begin our search for a highly organized and operationally driven Marketing Operations Manager to support our catering and events business by building the structure, systems, and continuity that keep the Marketing department running efficiently and effectively. Reporting to Marketing leadership, this role owns the day-to-day operational function of the department by managing workflows, coordinating implementation, maintaining resources and collateral, overseeing reporting processes, and ensuring projects and campaigns move forward with clarity, consistency, and strong execution support. This is a hands-on operational role focused on marketing execution, campaign coordination, workflow management, and building the infrastructure needed to keep both ongoing projects and campaigns running efficiently from planning through rollout. You will: Create organization and structure across the Marketing department Coordinate workflows, timelines, implementation support, and campaign execution continuity Direct campaign rollout coordination, ensuring deliverables move smoothly from planning into execution across teams and channels Manage collateral, templates, resource libraries, marketing assets, and campaign materials Support CRM, reporting, website coordination, and operational upkeep Improve efficiency, communication, and consistency across projects, campaigns, and teams through clear written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail We’re looking for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, and process improvement, and who enjoys creating clarity behind the scenes so both campaigns and day-to-day marketing initiatives execute more effectively and consistently. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to communicate professionally across teams and partners while maintaining consistency across all marketing materials and campaign deliverables.
