We are looking to hire a Traveling Facilities Maintenance Technician for our National Paving Group. Primary Responsibilities Complete repairs onsite for our paving clients Offer service and customer assistance during site visits Complete maintenance work on paving projects Create a positive work environment, including implementing and enforcing Company policies and procedures Work directly with customers and Company team members, representing the Company Collaborate with Project Manager and Superintendent to assess project needs Represent the Company to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving concerns independently Maintain quality work in a timely manner, adhering to company standards Follow OSHA and Company safety requirements Perform daily safety assessments and inspections Perform general duties related to asphalt paving, patching, or prep crews Minimum Qualifications Entry level position available; 1-3 years of asphalt or paving experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Ability to travel 3-4 days per week Valid driver’s license required EOE/AA M/F/Disabled/Vet. Compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, skillset, and location, including cost of living adjustments.
