This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property management professional who is ready to expand their responsibilities and grow toward a Property Manager position.

The Assistant Property Manager will support the daily operations of a premier Class A commercial office property while working closely with tenants, vendors, engineering teams, security, janitorial staff, accounting, and property management leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day property operations and conduct regular building inspections
• Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for tenants
• Manage tenant communications, portal activity, and service requests
• Monitor work orders and coordinate timely resolution with engineering teams and vendors
• Oversee the performance of security and janitorial services
• Coordinate tenant move-ins, move-outs, events, and engagement activities
• Assist with property budgets, accounts payable, rent collections, and financial reporting
• Support lease administration, capital projects, vendor contracts, and COI compliance
• Maintain accurate property records, reports, and operational documentation
• Help uphold the service and presentation standards expected in a Class A office environment

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years of commercial property management experience
• Class A commercial office property experience strongly preferred
• Strong tenant-relations and customer-service skills
• Experience coordinating with vendors, engineering teams, security, and janitorial personnel
• Excellent organization, communication, judgment, and follow-through
• Ability to manage competing priorities and resolve issues independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with MRI, Yardi, Nexus, AvidXchange, tenant portals, or work-order platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
• BOMA RPA, IREM CPM coursework, or a related designation is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally to other properties
