Service Plumber - Commercial

Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Service Plumber in Durham, NC to provide commercial plumbing service, maintenance, and repairs for a portfolio of commercial accounts.
Prevent costly plumbing failures through thorough preventive maintenance and proactive system inspections
Support business growth by identifying repair needs and recommending plumbing system upgrades
Build long-term client relationships through professional service delivery and technical expertise Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair commercial plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, and fixtures
Perform preventive maintenance on plumbing equipment including backflow devices and water heaters
Respond to emergency service calls for plumbing leaks, stoppages, and equipment failures
Install and repair plumbing fixtures including toilets, faucets, and water treatment equipment
Conduct plumbing system inspections and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements
Read and interpret plumbing blueprints and building plans
Maintain service vehicle inventory and ensure proper tools and materials are available
Complete accurate service reports and document work performed Requirements Must-Haves
5+ years of commercial plumbing service experience
Valid North Carolina journeyman plumber license required
Strong troubleshooting skills for commercial plumbing systems
Experience with copper, PVC, cast iron, and PEX piping systems
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
OSHA 10 certification Nice-to-Haves
Backflow prevention tester certification
Medical gas experience or certification
