Experience what’s next at Avnet!Key Responsibilities:Supervise and prioritize daily team activities acrossCustomer Returns (RMA)RMA CreditsRMA PRN Resolution Failure Analysis / QFSWarranty RepairsFactory Drop Ship BillingSOX and SOC Audit SupportBuild and maintain an agile, cross-functional workforce capable of supporting multiple operational processes.Develop team members through coaching, training, and career development planning.Ensure service levels, operational metrics, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.Establish and maintain process documentation, knowledge management practices, and standard operating procedures.Monitor performance, workload distribution, and process effectiveness while identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate recurring issues and improve outcomes.Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Product to resolve issues and improve business outcomes.Leadership ExpectationsThe successful candidate will demonstrate a strong service management mindset by:• Taking ownership of end-to-end outcomes.• Driving disciplined process documentation and knowledge sharing.• Delivering on service level commitments and operational objectives.• Proactively identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.Desired Leadership Competencies• Builds Effective Teams• Balances Stakeholders• Cultivates Innovation• Situational Adaptability• Strategic MindsetWork Experience:Typically 6+ years including 2+ years of supervisory experienceEducation and Certification(s):Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.What We Offer:Our employees work hard to live our values and help us grow.
