First Mate Heating & Cooling

We are seeking a System Designer for our Kansas City team. Job Responsibilities Run in-home sales appointments Build rapport and earn customer trust Perform load calculations, system assessments, and comfort surveys Present solutions using a proven process Explain financing options clearly Follow up professionally and proactively Document visits and outcomes with accuracy Build self-generated lead pipeline Requirements Strong communication skills Goal-oriented, competitive mindset Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Pass a drug test Reside within 45 minutes of our office Preferred (not required): 1+ years of in-home sales experience (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, etc.) Preferred (not required): Experience with HVAC Preferred (not required): Experience with ServiceTitan or a similar CRM #J-18808-Ljbffr
