Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team supporting seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities. In this on-site role, you’ll implement treatment plans designed by a Physical Therapist, focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and safety to enhance functional independence and quality of life. You’ll document care, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
