They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. What you’ll do Online orderfillers and delivery associates shop customers’ items, select the right products, and prepare and package complete orders. They dispense orders, engage customers, and provide assistance to in‑store shoppers as required. The role is fast‑paced, especially during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. What you’ll bring Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile. Answer customer questions. Help customers find the products they are looking for. Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store. Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
