Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Preparing and organizing the operating room for surgical procedures
• Maintaining strict sterile techniques and following infection control protocols
• Providing instruments and varying supplies to the surgical team
• Managing surgical equipment throughout the procedure lifecycle
• Ensuring all necessary supplies are in order and ready for use
• Collaborating closely with nurses, anesthesiologists, and the rest of the surgical staff for a seamless operation
• Accurately maintaining surgical counts and thorough documentation

Education Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory

Certifications Needed:

• Current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential required
• BLS certification (or ability to secure within 90 days of hire)
