Job Description Job Description Our organization is currently seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Surgeon to become part of our dynamic team within the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. The perfect candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for a teaching role in a collaborative, faith-oriented setting. We operate a bustling practice that includes over 16 Orthopaedic surgeons, 4 Physician Assistants, and a total of 25 Orthopaedic Surgery residents in training. One resident is specifically assigned to the oncology rotation. Most surgical procedures will take place at our medical center, with some cases handled at our East Campus, located about a mile away. Situated in Southern California between Los Angeles and Palm Springs, this area, known as the Inland Empire, is nestled at the base of the San Bernardino mountains. Compensation & Benefits Anticipated Total Annual Compensation: $450,000 - $550,000 The compensation range mentioned above includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary, which is adjusted according to experience and faculty rank, is expected to be between $405,000 and $495,000. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
