Job Description Job Description Our organization is in search of a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on Hand Surgery to become part of our vibrant and expanding team. This role provides a chance to thrive in a supportive, faith-oriented academic setting that prioritizes teaching and mentorship. Position Highlights: Become a member of a bustling practice featuring over 16 orthopedic surgeons and 4 physician assistants. Play an active role in the education of 25 orthopedic surgery residents and 2 hand fellows. Participate in a collaborative atmosphere centered on patient care, research, and education. Faculty members may be eligible for federal student loan forgiveness programs. Compensation & Benefits: Anticipated Total Annual Compensation: $450,000 - $550,000. The stated compensation range includes variable components and is based on a full-time equivalent (1.0 FTE) work schedule, as detailed in the department's compensation plan. The starting base salary range, which is adjusted according to experience and/or faculty rank, is projected to be between $405,000 and $495,000.
