Service Coordinator — Syracuse, NY
Comfort Windows & Doors is seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team and assist with service requests from our customers throughout the Syracuse, NY area.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls and coordinate product and installation service needs.
Schedule and coordinate service technicians.
Order, receive, inspect, and track service parts and materials.
Assist with scheduling and ordering new products.
Organize and maintain an accurate inventory of service parts.
Prepare and organize all necessary parts and materials for scheduled service appointments.
Perform other administrative and office duties as assigned by management.
Residential construction experience or knowledge is a plus.
