E&C Engineer

Engineer Position

We are seeking an Engineer to support the design, development, testing, and evaluation of mechanical systems, equipment, and components. This role is responsible for applying engineering principles to develop innovative solutions, improve product performance, and ensure designs meet quality, reliability, safety, and cost objectives. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in product design, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, develop, and test mechanical systems, structures, and equipment.
• Develop functional requirements and engineering specifications based on project needs.
• Create simulations, prototypes, and test plans to evaluate preliminary and final designs.
• Design and validate components, assemblies, and integrated systems.
• Analyze performance data and conduct testing to ensure products meet reliability, quality, and safety requirements.
• Evaluate design effectiveness, manufacturability, cost, and operational efficiency.
• Investigate equipment or product failures and perform root cause analysis.
• Recommend and implement design improvements based on testing results and operational feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, calculations, reports, and technical specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product performance and process efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience with mechanical design, product development, or systems engineering.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
• Experience creating and evaluating prototypes, simulations, and test plans.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with engineering design and modeling tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
• Knowledge of product testing, validation, and reliability engineering.
• Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Exposure to manufacturing, quality, or process improvement environments.
• Familiarity with industry standards, safety requirements, and engineering best practices.
