You will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, journal entries, reconciliations, prepaids, fixed assets, and month-end activities. This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with leadership, help improve accounting processes, and play a key role in supporting the organization's financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage Accounts Payable and daily accounting transactions. Prepare monthly journal entries and support the month-end close process. Maintain prepaids, fixed assets, and account reconciliations. Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts. Assist with financial reporting and maintain accurate accounting records. Help improve accounting processes and internal controls. Collaborate with leadership on day-to-day financial operations. Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
