Commercial Superintendent – Ground-Up Construction
Location: Georgia (No Travel Required)

The Opportunity: Ground-Up Commercial Superintendent
This is a local, full-time role with no travel required . You’ll be the field leader on complex commercial builds—particularly healthcare and correctional facilities—where precision, security, and safety are paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of daily jobsite operations.
- Enforce site safety, compliance, and cleanliness across trades.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, logistics, and inspections.
- Maintain adherence to plans, specs, codes, and security requirements.
- Build strong relationships with owners, architects, and field staff.
- Mentor junior superintendents and develop field leadership.
What We’re Seeking:
- 10+ years as a superintendent on ground-up commercial projects.
- Proven experience in correctional and/or hospital construction is required.
- OSHA 30 + First Aid/CPR certifications.
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills.
- Ability to drive a safe, well-organized, and professional jobsite.
- Collaborative approach to managing field teams and stakeholders.
