- Oversee mechanical projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality and - compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to ensure project success.
- Manage and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed on all job sites.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Superintendent or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and construction practices.
