Position Overview  

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Operations Brand Manager to lead daily operations, oversee field performance, and strengthen brand standards across multiple client accounts. This Part-Time position combines operations management, Franchisee development, customer relationship management, and brand execution to ensure consistent service excellence and long-term client retention. 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, customer-focused, and experienced in training and mentoring within the commercial cleaning, facilities management, or service industry. 

Key Responsibilities  

Operations Management  

• Ensure all client accounts meet company quality, safety, and brand standards 
• Conduct routine inspections and quality assurance audits  
• Develop and improve operational systems, workflows, and performance metrics  
• Coordinate supply management, and service delivery

Team Leadership 

• Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Anago Unit Franchisees.  
• Foster a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture  
• Monitor Franchisee performance and provide corrective action and recognition when necessary  
• Support employee retention and ongoing development initiatives  
• Serve as primary point of contact for Anago Unit Franchisees 

Client & Brand Management  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial clients  
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up  
• Resolve service concerns quickly and professionally  
• Ensure all Unit Franchisees represent the Anago brand with professionalism and consistency  
• Help implement branding, customer experience, and service improvement initiatives  

Qualifications  

• 3+ years of experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial management, facilities management, or service operations leadership  
• Strong leadership and team management skills  
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities  
• Experience managing multiple accounts, sites, or territories preferred  
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in fast-paced environments  
• Proficiency with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required  

Preferred Skills  

• Bilingual communication skills are a plus  
• Experience with quality control inspections and compliance standards  
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures  
• Customer service and relationship management expertise  
• Strong time management and multitasking capabilities
