Salary range $18.74–$25.07 per hour, based on experience. The actual compensation will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by law. Responsibilities Assists with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a RN. Assists patients with personal care, activities of daily living, transfers and transport. Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Maintains patient rooms clean and orderly; identifies safety hazards and initiates corrective action. Education & Experience High School Diploma/GED required, or minimum of 3 years of experience. Required Credential(s) BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire or transfer. Nurse Aide credential from NY Department of Health – registry obtained within 90 days of hire. Required Skills and Attributes Organize and prioritize tasks using critical thinking.
