Our client is an IT technical support company that services Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. They are problem solvers, offering strategies and solutions to guarantee that systems are operating optimally. They are seeking an AI Developer to join the team.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

1. Design, develop, and deploy custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers using Python or .NET to enable secure interaction between AI agents and enterprise systems.
2. Build and maintain scalable ETL processes and data pipelines using PySpark, Databricks, and SQL databases.
3. Implement and manage Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold layers) to support reliable data ingestion and transformation from third-party REST APIs.
4. Architect, develop, and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance AI and large language model performance.
5. Deploy, populate, and manage vector databases to provide contextual data for AI applications and language models.
6. Curate, prepare, and maintain large, complex datasets for machine learning model training and fine-tuning.
7. Develop and optimize machine learning models and large language models for specialized IT and managed services use cases.
8. Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based solutions within the Azure ecosystem.
9. Utilize Azure services, including Azure Container Apps, Azure Automation (Runbooks), Entra ID, and Data API Builder, to support application development and deployment.
10. Develop and maintain secure authentication and authorization processes using service principals and managed identities.
11. Design and implement automation solutions using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and related workflow orchestration platforms.
12. Integrate Microsoft Graph API, RMM tools, billing platforms, and other business systems into seamless automated workflows.
13. Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and AI-related services to ensure reliability and performance.
14. Develop and implement security, scalability, and operational best practices for AI, data, and automation solutions.
15. Maintain technical documentation, development standards, and operational procedures related to AI, data engineering, cloud infrastructure, and automation platforms.

Highly Qualified Candidates Will Possess Most of the Following:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on software development and data engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or C# (.NET) required.
• Experience building, consuming, and authenticating REST APIs (specifically dealing with pagination, rate limiting, and complex JSON payloads).
• Experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks) is highly preferred.
• Strong SQL skills (T-SQL / Azure SQL).
• Knowledge of cloud security paradigms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate professionally (both written and verbal), with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
