Location: 45 Kamehameha Hwy, Kaneohe, HI 96744
Travel Pay: Up to $2700/wk for 40 hours 
Local rate: Up to $60/hr on W2

Requirements

• 1+ year Medicare-certified home health agency experience - [ REQUIRED] 
• Active and clear driver's license and car insurance - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT] 
• Hawaii license - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT] 
• Homecare Home Base and OASIS - [ REQUIRED] 
• COVID and FLU vaccine - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT] Will not take declinations!
• Bachelor's degree - [preferred]
• Case Manager experience - [preferred]
• Mileage reimbursed at .75 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)
