Senior Desktop Support Technician

Title: Sr.Desktop Support Technician Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite) Duration: Permanent/Full Time Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Join a collaborative IT team where you'll be the go-to resource for resolving complex desktop and endpoint issues. You'll support Windows and macOS devices, Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, and AV technology while helping ensure employees have a reliable, secure technology experience. What You’ll Do Provide advanced desktop support and troubleshoot escalated hardware, software, and endpoint issues Support Windows, macOS, mobile devices, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune Image, deploy, maintain, and retire laptops and other endpoint devices Manage support tickets through ServiceNow and keep documentation up to date Support Teams conference room technology and other AV equipment Assist with IT projects, process improvements, and occasional on-call support What We're Looking For 4+ years of desktop support experience in a corporate environment Experience supporting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Intune Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) ITIL or Microsoft/CompTIA certifications are a plus INSPYR Solutions provides Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
