Senior HR Generalist — Employee Relations & Compliance
PERI
PERI in Elkridge, MD is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with managers and employees on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, engagement, and compliance with employment laws. You will act as a trusted advisor to frontline and mid-level managers and collaborate with HR Shared Services and Learning & Development. A post-secondary degree and 3–5 years of HR experience are required; proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr PERI
