While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: Greeting Guests, recognizing frequent Guests, and ensuring that they have information on how to contact any Host for future needs. Responsible for developing and increasing Guest visits and play habits. Responsible for filing events based on play criteria. Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with casino guests by providing exceptional service and hospitality. Making outbound calls to invite guests and promote events, greeting and welcoming players on the casino floor, and ensuring a high level of personalized service to enhance the guest experience. Serves as the primary point of contact for VIP players and assist with resolving any guest concerns promptly and professionally. Review casino play to evaluate and issue appropriate complimentaries. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills are essential. Explaining promotions, programs, and any current giveaways to all Guests. Explaining the benefits and privileges of using a player’s card. Responsible for improving Guest service, developing and implementing new promotions, maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP Guests. Responsible for acquiring new and inactive business. Approving credit and managing reinvestments in Guests. But don’t worry—we will train you to be great at this! What we can’t train is what’s inside of you.
