Senior .NET Developer

Job Description
Seeking a Senior .NET Developer to play a key role in advancing DevOps initiatives and delivering secure, high-quality technical solutions for the Department of Management's Division of IT. The resource will be responsible for Designing and implementing scalable DevOps processes to support the development and deployment of enterpirse-level applications, as well as:

• Leading automation, CI/CD, and cloud technology initiatives, including centralizing code repositories within GitHub or Azure DevOps to streamline workflows.
• Evaluating and enhancing coding practices by integrating automated scanning tools to uphold rigorous standards of code quality and security.
• Proactively managing technical debt and driving continuous improvement throughout development cycles.
• Optimizing processes related to code branching, merging, and releasing to ensure seamless and efficient deployments.
• Automating build and deployment workflows to minimize manual intervention and maximize operational efficiency.
• Enhancing unit and integration test coverage to guarantee reliability and performance of applications.
• Demonstrating proficiency in .NET Core, applying structured, pattern-based development practices for complex logic implementations.
