Quality Intern Full Time Clerical Rubbercraft, Long Beach, CA, US Salary Range: $21.00 To $25.00 Hourly Rubbercraft is seeking a Quality Intern to support our Quality and Engineering teams while gaining hands‑on experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This opportunity is ideal for a current college student or recent graduate pursuing a career in quality, manufacturing, mechanical, industrial, or aerospace engineering. Internship Details: This internship is expected to begin in mid‑September and run approximately 12–16 weeks, working part‑time, up to 30 hours per week. Job Responsibilities: Provide support to the Quality and Engineering teams on day‑to‑day activities and special projects. Assist with research, data collection, analysis, documentation, and maintenance of quality records. Provide support for manufacturing, testing, quality, and design engineering activities. Assist with quality‑related projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Support the preparation and maintenance of reports, databases, files, and documentation. Participate in the preparation and delivery of training materials. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams while gaining exposure to aerospace manufacturing processes. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Job Specifications Education: High school diploma/GED required. Currently pursuing, or recently completed, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field . Experience: 0–2 years of relevant experience. Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks in a changing environment. Ability to follow established procedures and solve straightforward problems. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
