NCR Voyix is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves customers in more than 35 countries worldwide.Position Summary:The Senior Global Benefits Specialist supports NCR Voyix’s domestic and international employee benefits programs, and manages daily operations for healthcare plans, retirement programs, leaves of absence, disability, workers' compensation, life insurance, voluntary plans, the employee assistance plan, and other relevant programs.Key Areas of Responsibility:Key liaison for field HR, HR BPs, Finance, Legal, and Procurement, and external vendors.Evaluates vendor performance and service delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments and service standards.Supports complex case management, creates Knowledge Articles, delivers financial reports, supports compliance audits and filings.Analyzes existing benefits programs for competitiveness, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with industry trends.Ensures all benefits programs comply with federal, state and local regulations.Supports annual benefits audits and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.Manages benefits-related communication and training to employees, ensuring clear understanding of options and enrollment processes.Develop comprehensive communications to educate employees about their benefits options and encourage engagement.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits management.Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and benefits administration software.Deep understanding of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Project managementGlobal Benefits (Canada/Latin America/Asia-Pacific/EMEA)Bilingual (English/Spanish)Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the jobEEO StatementIntegrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix’s commitment to equal employment opportunity.
