Mergers and Acquisitions Manager
HHM CPAs
HHM CPAs is seeking an M&A Manager to assist with all aspects of transaction engagements. A background in public accounting is preferred, along with relevant credentials such as a CVA, but is not required. This role will be onsite in Memphis, TN. Your Responsibilities Lead both buy-side and sell side transactions Prepare and analyze Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports, profitability, working capital, and cash flow Review detailed financial records, income statements, balance sheets Validate EBITDA adjustments and evaluate risk Conduct research and statistical analysis Your Qualifications Strong understanding of financial statements, Quality of Earnings (QoE), due diligence, bank underwriting Strong GAAP expertise Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projectsOne of the following designations is preferred: ASA, ABV, CVA, AVA, or CBA. #J-18808-Ljbffr HHM CPAs
