Job Description

Our organization in Leavenworth is on the lookout for a Family Medicine physician to become the Medical Director of our well-established and collaborative primary care team. You will be joining a group of 6 physicians and 3 advanced practitioners within a physician-led environment that is recognized for its excellent staff retention, robust support, and a practice atmosphere that prioritizes lifestyle balance.

Key Responsibilities:

Focus exclusively on outpatient care with no on-call duties.
Allocate dedicated time each week for administrative responsibilities as Medical Director.
Manage a maximum of 18 patients per day.
Enjoy a 4-day work week.
Experience a 0% turnover rate for full-time RNs in 2024.
Opportunities to take on emergency department shifts or pursue specific interests such as pain management.

Compensation Package:

Base salary combined with a Medical Director hourly rate of approximately $290,804.10.
Guaranteed incentive bonus of $14,000.
Quality-based bonus incentives available.
Sign-on bonus of $25,000.
Relocation assistance up to $15,000.
Total compensation package, prior to loan repayment, is around $344,804 and is negotiable based on experience and skills.
Options for federal and state student loan repayment.
Comprehensive benefits including FULLY COVERED health, dental, and vision insurance for both the physician and their family.
Retirement plans (403b and 457) with matching contributions.
Over 7 weeks of paid time off.
12 weeks of maternity/paternity leave.
