Location: Cincinnati, OH (100% Onsite)

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Assignment Length: 3-4 Month Contract

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST

We're partnering with a leading financial services organization that is actively hiring a Customer Service Representative and moving quickly through the interview process.

Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, answering questions, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience. Successful candidates are professional communicators who enjoy helping others and can thrive in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently
• Answer questions regarding products, services, and account information
• Resolve customer concerns during the first call whenever possible
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records
• Process requests and complete required documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers
• Identify opportunities to educate customers on available products and services
• Meet productivity, quality, and customer service expectations
  

Qualifications

Required

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or call center experience
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry experience
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite
  

Preferred

• Banking, financial services, or credit union experience
• Experience handling high-volume inbound calls
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
