Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Role Overview Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards and values. Key Responsibilities Perform nursing duties in a high-acuity surgical environment, including general, burn, plastics, gynecology, orthopedics, neuro, ENT, and pediatric cases. Evaluate and coordinate patient care across multiple surgical teams in a Level I Trauma and Burn Center with 27 operating rooms. Maintain compliance with safety, confidentiality, and professional standards. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with an accredited nursing degree. Current Missouri RN license and BLS certification. Experience in operating room settings preferred. Key Duties Utilize nursing skills to provide high-quality surgical patient care.
