Job Purpose As the IT Regional Manager for Ice Cream North America (US, Canada, B&J), you will play a leadership role overseeing the digital and technology agenda across the region. This position ensures that the regional technology ecosystem enables business growth, operational resilience, and innovation aligned with global IT and Ice Cream strategies. You will act as a bridge between business and technology, providing IT leadership, governance, and oversight to ensure that digital capabilities, systems, and processes evolve in line with long‑term business objectives. Scope North America Location Englewood Cliffs, NJ Terms & Conditions Full time – Hybrid; international sponsorship and local or international relocation not supported. Responsibilities Project Management – Manage the regional portfolio of initiatives, ensuring value delivery, prioritization, and alignment with business outcomes. IT Projects – Lead new IT demands and leading IT projects from concept to completion, including system rollouts, migrations, and process improvements. Operating Model – Ensure effective execution of the IT operating model, cyber security compliance, and governance. Deployment – Lead business deployment of BU specific or BU tailored products, working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery. KPIs – Monitor key performance indicators, budgets, and service levels. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and contractors. Negotiate contracts, service‑level agreements (SLAs), and licensing requirements. Act as a key liaison between global/local technical teams and business stakeholders. Provide executive‑level communication and reporting to senior leadership, translating technical insights into strategic business value. Digital Commerce Technology business partner for pilot and incubator programs, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. Work with Global/Local Digital Commerce teams to ensure the tech stack aligns with the global strategy and roadmap. Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and technology partners that support business growth and innovation. Review system features, capabilities, and integration feasibility as a technical liaison. Support data‑driven decision‑making for pilot and incubation programs through analysis and insights. Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics Identify and evaluate emerging AI capabilities, tools, and use cases relevant to the region; benchmark industry trends and provide forward‑looking recommendations. Prioritise all Data & Analytics requirements for the region, ensuring alignment with business priorities and partnering with global D&A and AI teams. Deliver actionable insights that drive measurable outcomes, establishing metrics, monitoring performance, and supporting stakeholders in converting insights into tangible results. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop IT staff, fostering a high‑performance team culture. Assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, and develop individual plans. Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with other departments. Demonstrate ability to lead multi‑country teams and influence stakeholders. Show resilience, continuous learning, and adaptability to change. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or similar technical roles. 2–3 years of experience leading IT teams or managing technical projects. 10+ years of experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI preferred). Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred), cloud services, cybersecurity, and enterprise platforms. Expertise in digital platforms, data ecosystems, and customer engagement technologies (Marketing & Sales). Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks. Strong communication skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders. Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience preferred. Pay The pay range for this position is $103,000 to $154,400. Compensation is determined by factors including skill set, experience, training, certifications, qualifications, and organisational needs. Bonus Position is bonus eligible.
