They serve clients across the Military, Aerospace, Energy, Transportation, Medical, Communications, and Industrial markets.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!CNC Operator/Programmer Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 20.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday)Prepare and configure CNC equipment for production runs.Develop, modify, and verify machine programs to ensure accurate part production.Load materials and tooling while ensuring proper machine setup.Monitor machining operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.CNC Operator/Programmer Qualifications:Hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC equipment. Knowledge of CNC programming and machining processes.Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and blueprints.Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work.Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
