About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategy, growth agenda, and day-to-day management of the business. This high-visibility leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the future of the company, expand its market presence, and modernize operations while preserving the service model that has been key to its success. The CEO will be tasked with strengthening core channels, exploring adjacent product lines, and evaluating acquisition opportunities. Additionally, the role involves overseeing functional leaders, enhancing the customer experience, and implementing operational and technology improvements, including AI-enabled support and drop-ship solutions. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record in leading and scaling a multichannel distribution, e-commerce, or consumer product business. A strong general management background, experience in managing a complex organization, and the ability to grow revenue while improving operational efficiency and customer experience are essential. The ideal candidate will have executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to fit within a close-knit, values-driven culture. Preferred qualifications include experience in e-commerce, Amazon, specialty distribution, or technical product categories, as well as exposure to acquisitions, new product line development, and a comfort with leveraging technology and AI to enhance service and scalability.
