What you’ll bring:

• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) Michigan School Psychologist Certification prior to the start date

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• A proactive, collaborative approach to engaging both students and staff

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and interpret results for student support eligibility
• Work closely with educators and caregivers to design and implement interventions
• Provide mental health counseling, problem-solving strategies, and crisis support as needed
• Support school staff with training and collaboration on best practices for student behavior and mental wellness
• Help promote a positive, inclusive environment across assigned elementary and secondary sites
