Senior Receptionist
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Receptionist with at least 4 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary onsite contact for the New York office, welcoming guests, managing reception activities, routing incoming calls, and coordinating mail and package distribution.
  • Collaborate with the AVP of Facilities and Facilities team members to support daily office operations and maintain a professional, well-organized workplace environment.
  • Coordinate the ordering and replenishment of office and breakroom supplies, including beverages, snacks, and other workplace essentials, while monitoring inventory levels and anticipating future needs.
  • Ensure breakroom areas remain fully stocked and functional by overseeing supplies, equipment condition, and coffee service operations.
  • Maintain the appearance and organization of shared office spaces, including kitchens, printer stations, supply rooms, conference areas, and other common-use locations.
  • Partner with building management and security personnel to facilitate employee and visitor access while ensuring compliance with established security procedures.
  • Assist with vendor coordination and communication regarding office maintenance requests, repairs, and facility-related services to promote timely issue resolution.
  • Conduct routine walkthroughs of reception and common areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and a positive first impression for employees and visitors.
  • Support workplace safety initiatives by assisting with emergency response planning, evacuation procedures, and related office preparedness efforts.
  • Work alongside Facilities leadership to support space management projects, including workstation assignments, seating arrangements, and accommodations for new hires and office visitors.
Experience:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of Receptionist or Office Manager experience
  • Proficient with Excel
Work Site: Onsite
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: $35-42/hr

Pay Details: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour
