To support daily operational functions, the full-time remote Operations Clerk will manage supplier communications, process order updates and cancellations, and monitor shipping statuses to ensure timely deliveries. Key responsibilities Contact suppliers for order updates and cancellations Monitor shipping status and investigate lost, missing, or damaged packages Assist with onboarding new suppliers and perform inventory audits Required qualifications Available to work full shifts until 5pm PST Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English Proficiency in Google Suite products and data processing Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred No recent disciplinary actions regarding attendance, conduct, or performance
