Position Description: Medical Surgical with Telemetry Nurse responsible for managing adult patients, charting in EPIC electronic health record system, administering chemotherapy, and monitoring dysrhythmias. Certifications/Qualifications: BLS, NIHSS certifications, and at least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a similar setting. Additional education requirements include current licensure in the applicable state(s). Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Additional Details: The role includes weekend coverage, rotating every other weekend, with flexibility for floating within scope and possible block scheduling. The unit is equipped for complex patient care, including chemotherapy administration and use of rapid response teams.
