Lead Medical Review OASIS Coord

Overview Catholic Health is seeking an experienced Lead Performance Improvement, Education & OASIS Coordinator (RN) to support agency-wide quality improvement, clinical education, regulatory compliance, and OASIS integrity within our home care division. Job Details Responsibilities Lead performance improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives Oversee OASIS documentation accuracy and ICD-10 coding compliance Analyze quality metrics including OBQI/OBQM, HHCAHPS, infection surveillance, and clinical documentation trends Educate and support clinical staff through orientation, training, and ongoing education Collaborate with leadership to improve patient outcomes and operational performance Support Joint Commission, CMS, and New York State compliance readiness Qualifications Current RN license and registration required Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred Minimum 5 years of CHHA/Home Care experience OASIS Certification required or in progress Proficiency in Allscripts and Microsoft Office applications Salary Range USD $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 /yr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job, and it does not include the value of benefits.
