A View in Fontenelle Hills in Bellevue provides an intimate, rustic setting ideal for weddings, receptions, and social gatherings. A View West Shores, the newest 26,000-square-foot location overlooking a lake with floor-to-ceiling windows, brings a modern, downtown-inspired aesthetic to the Greater Omaha area, all supported by a team focused on superior service, attention to detail, and innovative event solutions.

Role Description The Wedding Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Omaha, NE, responsible for driving wedding bookings across A View Venues. This role manages the full sales cycle, including responding to inquiries, conducting venue tours, creating proposals, and following up to secure contracts. The Wedding Sales Manager collaborates with couples to understand their vision, recommends packages and enhancements.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining an active pipeline, updating CRM or tracking systems, preparing estimates and contracts. The role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing to promotional campaigns, and upholding A View’s standards for guest experience and service excellence.

• Sales and client relationship skills, including experience with consultative selling, prospecting, and closing event or venue bookings.
• Organizational and administrative abilities, such as managing calendars, maintaining accurate records, and handling multiple inquiries and events simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confident presentation during venue tours and clear written communication for proposals and contracts.
• Customer service mindset, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem-solving to support couples

• Comfort working on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed based on event schedules.
• Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or booking systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Previous experience in hospitality, weddings, catering, or event venues is highly beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field is a plus.
